Enjoy the renovated living space, complete with a well-appointed kitchen, bar stools, and a table for 4 and a large television. This expansive space opens up to the backyard oasis, where lush landscaping, sprawling lawn areas, and water features create a serene ambiance. Take a dip in the swimming pool (no cover), challenge your friends to a game on the newly refurbished tennis court with pickleball lines and nighttime lights, or simply relax on the patio and soak up the sun.
The bedroom wing of the house offers a spacious primary suite with its own bathroom, providing a private retreat for relaxation. Additionally, there are 3 more generously sized bedrooms, each with a television, which share 2 bathrooms with showers. Whether you're traveling with family or friends, everyone will find their own comfortable haven.

The backyard offers multiple outdoor areas for entertaining and gathering, including a dining area with seating for 12 people, an outdoor sofa and chairs surrounding a fire pit, and another dining and seating area looking out at the tennis court. House Rules
This property is subject to local regulations governing vacation rental properties. Under local law, events, parties and outdoor amplified music are not allowed. Overnight and day time occupancy is limited to 8 guests, and rental guests must observe quiet hours between 9:00pm and 9:00 am. Any request for a pet to stay on the property must be approved by the owner, and an additional $250 cleaning fee applies.This fee does not apply to service animals. Please contact your BeautifulPlaces representative with any questions about the features, amenities or policies for this house. Pool is uncovered and heated seasonally, Memorial Day through Labor Day.
