This property is subject to local regulations governing vacation rental properties. Under local law, events, parties and outdoor amplified music are not allowed. Overnight and day time occupancy is limited to 8 guests, and rental guests must observe quiet hours between 9:00pm and 9:00 am. Any request for a pet to stay on the property must be approved by the owner, and an additional $250 cleaning fee applies. This fee does not apply to service animals. Please contact your BeautifulPlaces representative with any questions about the features, amenities or policies for this house. Pool is uncovered and heated seasonally, Memorial Day through Labor Day.
